Summary

The Accounting Specialist will manage billing tasks for an Engineering company remotely, drafting invoices, preparing proposals and contracts, overseeing accounts receivable processes, running financial reports, and using Asana project management. Experience in the engineering industry is preferred.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing and accounts management
• Proficiency in financial reporting
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage client invoices
• Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
• Oversee accounts receivable processes
• Run and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
• Manage and track tasks using Asana project management
