Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong accounting technical skills
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to address issues proactively
  • High level of personal motivation

Responsibilities

  • Raise periodic rent roll charges, tenant move-in charges, and process monthly direct debits
  • Timely receipting and preparation of arrears reports
  • Support property management and leasing teams with resident account queries
  • Set up new vendors and manage payment runs, including invoice uploads and payments
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain high attention to detail in all transactions
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trust accounting experience
  • Experience in the real estate sector
