Requirements

  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM - 6 PM IN US TIME ZONES (PST, MST, CST, and/or EST)
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 15 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, and a smartphone
  • Strong Excel and Numerical Skills
  • Diverse Numerical Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Audit, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliations, Cash Reconciliations, Payroll, General Ledger, Profit & Loss Analysis, or Commissions
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Appropriate Hardware: To handle complex Excel tasks efficiently. Keyboards with 10-key numerical keys are strongly encouraged
  • Educational Background: Preferably an Accounting or Finance degree or relevant experience
