Summary

The Accounting Administrative Assistant will join Elevate Teams as a Remote Accounting Assistant, focusing on financial data analysis, supporting accounting operations, and receiving paid training in insurance and financial services. Requirements

  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM - 6 PM IN US TIME ZONES (PST, MST, CST, and/or EST)
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 15 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, and a smartphone
  • Strong Excel and Numerical Skills: Your role will heavily involve financial data analysis and number crunching
  • Diverse Numerical Skills and Experience: Seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in fields involving intensive data analysis, number crunching, or financial management. Proficiency in Excel is a must

Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Analysis: Using Excel to manage and interpret data
  • Supporting Accounting Operations: Assisting in various accounting tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quickbooks or equivalent Experience: Preferred, not mandatory
  • Appropriate Hardware: To handle complex Excel tasks efficiently
