Accounts Approval Specialist

Summary

Join CloudTalk, a global SaaS company, as a KYC & Accounts Verification Specialist and play a key role in customer onboarding, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will perform KYC checks, review and approve/reject account applications, investigate suspicious activities, provide technical support, and contribute to internal knowledge bases. This 100% remote or hybrid role in Bratislava offers a unique work schedule with alternating long and short weeks. The position requires fluency in English and experience in KYC/AML processes, customer onboarding, or compliance. Responsibilities

• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for new customer accounts: verify identity documents, company information, and potential risk indicators
• Review and approve/reject account applications based on predefined onboarding and compliance criteria
• Investigate suspicious applications, flag potential fraud, and escalate cases when necessary
• Provide clear and professional technical support to existing or new clients
• Help build and maintain internal knowledge bases, onboarding checklists, and troubleshooting documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the verification process and compliance workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• You have hands-on experience in one or more of the following
• KYC/AML processes
• Customer onboarding or compliance
• Document or identity verification
• Fraud investigation or risk flagging
• SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries
