Accounts Payable Accountant

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• Experience in Accounts Payable is an asset
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Very good teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Oracle knowledge will be an advantage
• Degree in Finance/Economics would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in IPM
• Invoice problem resolution
• Respond to vendor and internal client inquiries
• Conduct daily and monthly balancing and reconciling activities
• Perform the AP sub-ledger close process
• Monitor and execute internal control procedures
• Actively cooperate with internal and external auditors
• Prepare cash flow forecast
