Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary

The job is for an Accounts Payable (AP) team member at Keywords Group, where they will learn to review and do data entry of supplier invoices using AI, participate in month-end processes, and follow internal audit processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, English, Power BI, AI, and Power automation, and possess behavioral skills such as being organized, a strong team player, problem solver, passionate, and proactive.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of English (level B2/C1)
• Bachelor’s in accounting
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI, Power automation

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and follow up for data entry using AI
• Review invoice approvals, based on DOA (Delegation of authorities)
• Month end review and reconciliations
• SOX – Internal audit process
