Requirements

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Power Query Editor would be a plus)
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth analysis and reconciliation of suppliers' invoices, independently ensuring their accuracy and approval prior to payment on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Taking initiative to liaise with external suppliers' representatives and internal team members regarding any discrepancies or anomalies discovered during your analysis, driving resolutions autonomously
  • Proactively monitoring costs by independently gathering and reconciling data from suppliers, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise
  • Providing support to your line manager on various analyses, reports, tasks, and projects as assigned, approaching each with a self-directed work style
