Accounts Receivable Accountant

Summary

Join Wonolo's Finance team as an Account Receivable Accountant! You'll be working with a third-party employer to provide contractual services, collaborating cross-functionally and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves handling accounts receivable functions, reporting, and collections, requiring strong attention to detail and technical skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-starting, and a strong communicator. Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and have experience using third-party software including MS Office products; must be able to quickly learn different software/applications
• Able to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Collects and analyzes systems and operational data. Provides recommendations to improve the efficiency of operations
• Microsoft Excel; use advanced functionality (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Arrays) to create reports

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts receivable functions, reporting, and collections
• Prepare and generate accurate customer invoices
• Create CSV import files; Enter and reconcile data in Excel
• Resolve discrepancies through research and communication with internal departments
• Perform collection activities, including reaching out to customers on overdue accounts
• Answer billing-related emails
• Communicate important information with the team
