Summary
Join Experian as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and support the Admin team by managing client communications, resolving past due balances, and coordinating with internal departments for accurate account resolution. You will report to the Billing Supervisor and provide high-quality, client-focused support. Responsibilities include managing client phone calls and email inquiries, documenting solutions, and promoting communication between customers and collectors. The role requires a High School Diploma and 1β2 years of call center experience, advanced English proficiency, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Requirements
- High School Diploma and 1β2 years of call center customer support experience required; prior experience in Collections or Billing as an ideal
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries
- Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately
- Promote communication between customers and collectors, ensuring responses to inquiries
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and to communicate with others is crucial
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Oracle experience as an ideal
