Summary

Join Two Circles, a globally recognized sports agency, as an Accounts Receivable Assistant. Responsible for managing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining timeliness in client payments. Key responsibilities include preparing invoices, resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with the wider business, and supporting the Finance team during audits.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable or billing role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Professional approach to client relations and ability to provide practical solutions to potential disputes
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, resolving any discrepancies or issues
  • Coordinate with the wider business to ensure all necessary information for invoicing is obtained
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers to facilitate timely payments
  • Process incoming payments and allocate them accurately to customer accounts
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including generating reports and reconciling accounts
  • Support the wider Finance team during the audit process to provide necessary documentation
  • Provide support to the Assistant Finance Manager and Transactions team as needed
  • Collaborate with the wider Finance team to improve and implement effective processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global business is preferred
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
