Summary

The Finance Co-op (AR) will be responsible for completing month-end close tasks, assisting with the annual financial statement audit, leading projects related to documentation, and providing project management support. The role is at Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigative software that aims to modernize digital investigations and protect companies, communities, and countries.

Requirements

• You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics (specializing in Accounting is considered an asset but not required)
• You have an analytical mind, and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems
• You love numbers, analyzing large datasets, and building financial models
• You like working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with smart and interesting people

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team in the execution of their strategic plans
• Support the Controllership team by preparing reconciliations for the monthly GL close
• Support the Accounts Receivable team by logging payments and completing vendor forms
• Support special projects where required
