Join Candex, a rapidly growing global B2B fintech company, as an Accounts Receivable Associate! In this fully remote role (with 1-2 trips to Israel annually), you will support our expansion by managing financial records, accounting software, invoices, and tax payments. You will handle communications with banks and customers worldwide, reconcile reports, and collaborate on projects. The position reports to the Treasury Operations Team Lead and offers the chance to work with a global team and contribute to a dynamic, innovative company. Responsibilities
- Review and manage financial discrepancies
- Handle communications with banks around the world, providing support
- Handle communications with customers around the world
- Recording and accepting payments from customers
- Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
- Work jointly with the business interfaces as part of ongoing work procedures and special projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with accounting softwares and and an advantage to proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office
- Advantage - Familiarity with tax laws in various countries (VAT, WHT, etc.)
- Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
