Accounts Receivable Associate

Summary

The job is for an Accounts Receivable Processor at Nomics.com, responsible for efficiently and accurately processing accounts receivable transactions using various tools like PandaDoc, Missive, Google Sheets, etc. The candidate will liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely payment of invoices and manage audit queries as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Process all accounts receivable transactions
• Develop expert knowledge of PandaDoc, Missive, Google Sheets, etc
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing and settlement of transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating multi-currency (and cryptocurrency) invoices
• Previous accounts receivable experience
