Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Summary

Join AAPC as an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist and contribute to the efficient collection of delinquent accounts. This remote position, with a preference for Utah-based candidates, involves communicating with members, creating reports, resolving issues with sales representatives, and accurately tracking daily activities. You will need strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, along with experience in Excel and a positive attitude. Requirements

• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, reports, formulas, etc
• Good typing skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong entrepreneur skills both verbal and written
• Positive communication style
• Computer proficiency
• Good math skills experience with receiving and applying credit card payment to customer accounts

Responsibilities

• Communicate with employees, clients, and members both in writing and verbally
• Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups
• Interact with various sales reps and leaders in resolving issues
• Enter and accurately track daily collection activities in system
• Understand the sales process and have a good understanding of our products
• Aptitude for process improvement in looking for ways to improve efficiency
• Maintain Account Receivable balances to company standards

• Collection experience
• Salesforce.com experience
