Responsibilities
- Perform media forecasting, media planning, trafficking, campaign reporting, and affiliate onboarding and outreach
- Capture screenshots of campaign launches for documentation
- Review media plans to ensure alignment with inventory requirements and client deliverables
- Monitor and update pacing and performance for campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) , Facebook , DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) , Sizmek , Google Ads , Pinterest , Flipboard , and IAS (to analyze Invalid Traffic (IVT) performance)
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
- Execute tasks with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Prepare campaign wrap-up documents summarizing performance and outcomes using PowerPoint and Excel
- Develop kickoff call presentations and other materials to support the Brand Partnership team
- Facilitate seamless communication during task execution through proactive interactions with clients and teammates
- Set internal task priorities to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to align individual goals with overall team objectives
- Support critical operations for the AdOps Department, including campaign launches across platforms such as; Display Media, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Facebook, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Sizmek, Google Ads, Pinterest, Flipboard, Instagram, Affiliate-based platforms, and other relevant ad operations systems
- Work on ad-hoc or one-time projects as assigned by management
- Provide backup support to the Senior Ad Operations Specialist for ad-hoc requests and operational needs
