Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (eg Excel), data analytics tools (eg PowerBI), and other data visualization and reporting tools to analyze and present sales data effectively
- Expertise in configuring and utilizing HubSpot for CRM and sales operations, including sales activity tracking, lead management, automation, and custom reporting
- Strong written and presentation skills to effectively communicate sales processes and results to different stakeholders
- Understanding of IT consulting services, particularly in Data, Cloud, and Software domains, to effectively assist in creating sales assets and fill the role of our Microsoft Partner Program manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer sales tools such as HubSpot for CRM, PandaDoc for contract creation and e-signing, and ZoomInfo for business development
- Implement new features and systems as necessary to enhance sales operations
- Work closely with our consulting and marketing teams to develop materials that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients and prospects
- Provide comprehensive tools for tracking and reporting on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
- Prepare reports for various stakeholders, including sales reps, sales leadership, and the executive team
- Create and update internal training materials to continuously educate the sales team on our offerings
- For each solution we offer, manage the creation and maintenance of its accompanying sales contract template, ensuring its accurate, effective at setting expectations, and it complies with legal standards and company policies
- Assist in planning and executing periodic sales events and campaigns, both in-person and virtually, to support business development efforts
- Manage client feedback by collecting net promoter scores, reviews, case studies, and other insights following successful project completions
Preferred Qualifications
- General experience with various sales enablement tools such as contract management systems (eg PandaDoc), and customer data platforms (eg ZoomInfo)
- Experience in a similar role within a technology consulting firm, ideally familiar with Microsoft solutions and partner programs
- Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data and market trends to inform strategy
- Skills in using Office 365 applications beyond Excel, such as SharePoint or Teams, for collaborative sales operations management
- Experience in planning and executing sales events and campaigns, enhancing engagement and lead generation
