Summary

Join Dailymotion's Ad Operations team as a technical expert and media trader, ensuring flawless delivery and performance of advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for pre-sales support, campaign trafficking, debugging, and managing escalations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize campaign execution. Manage campaign delivery and optimization across DSPs and SSPs, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor campaign health and generate performance reports. Participate in strategic inventory initiatives and provide feedback on best practices. Attend regular meetings for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full remote position based in Bogota, Colombia.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, specifically The Trade Desk and DV360
  • In-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and data partners
  • Proven experience setting up and optimizing PMP and PG deals across multiple SSPs
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical pre-sales support, including trafficking, debugging creative/campaign issues, and managing escalations
  • Set up and manage campaign delivery and optimization across DSPs and SSPs, focusing on KPIs such as view ability , completion rates, and CTR
  • Monitor pacing, capping, brand safety, and campaign health to ensure goals are met
  • Act as a media and programmatic trader
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across CTV, OLV, and Display channels
  • Set up and manage programmatic deals (PMP, PG) across various SSPs
  • Generate and deliver campaign performance reports to Sales and Finance for accurate administration and invoicing
  • Participate in strategic inventory initiatives including yield management, premium offerings, and strategic partner fill
  • Provide feedback on best practices, tools, and platforms; participate in product testing and benchmarking
  • Attend weekly Sales meetings, business reviews, and technical post-mortems to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive performance
  • Proficient in programmatic standards and protocols (VAST, VPAID) with basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and JSON
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the CTV and digital video advertising landscape
