Summary

Join the Center for Justice Innovation as a Temporary Administrative Manager in the Office of National Initiatives! This remote, full-time position (until December 31, 2026) offers a chance to support technical assistance efforts across the United States. You will manage invoicing, contracting, grant compliance, and expense reports, while also assisting with scheduling, planning, and coordinating various events and site visits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is proficient in various software programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience working in an office/human service field
  • The Center is seeking an energetic, motivated, well-organized professional with top-notch communication skills
  • The candidate should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills to manage multiple requests and tasks
  • Candidates should be proficient in Coupa, Vena, Microsoft Suites and Google Suites and open to learning new technology and improving processes

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative needs of the Office of National Initiatives, prioritizing operational needs to support grant deliverables
  • Manage invoicing and contracting for consultants, subject matter experts and project partners, in collaboration with ONI, Legal, Fiscal and Contracting staff
  • Assist in grant compliance such as progress reporting, maintaining records, and conference request forms
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation processes and submit regular expense reports for staff
  • Assist in the scheduling, planning, and coordination of project meetings, trainings, and other events
  • Assist with planning site visits to grantee sites and to the Center’s operational sites and programs
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant administrative and operational policies and communicate expectations with staff
  • Book travel for staff, consultants, and scholarship holders
  • Support staff with resolving technological issues related to email passwords and accessing other accounts/platforms that the Center uses (such as virtual meeting and webinar platforms)
  • Other responsibilities as requested in support of the Center’s technical assistance activities

Proficiency in Monday.com
