Requirements

  • Native level English - MUST!
  • +2 years experience as an admin or a similar role - MUST
  • Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite (Google Sheets and Workspace) applications
  • You are a self-starter with a can-do approach, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, open to feedback, patient, and service-oriented
  • Have the ability to work with employees of all levels, including higher management, exercise judgment, and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's financial activity, including funds collection and expense management
  • Perform tracking and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivables, including banks and credit cards payments, invoicing to customers, and maintaining company files accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to handle the companyโ€™s payrolls around the globe, as well as deliver end-month income, expenses, and investorsโ€™ reports
  • Work closely with CPAs, tax advisors, and financial auditors to execute the companyโ€™s financial reports and statements, US tax returns, handle various insurance submissions, and more
  • Work with internal teams to track and settle payments and refunds and participate in supply chain activities such as processing inventory procurement, monitoring shipping, and goods inbound at the companyโ€™s fulfillment center in the US
  • Lead welfare initiatives from idea to execution, including remote happy hour events and games, holiday and special events gifts, company events, outdoor activities, etc
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees for all administrative matters
  • Collaborate with HR and manage comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a start-up environment is a huge advantage
