Summary

Join Kerby & Cristina Real Estate as their new Ads Manager (PPC & Meta) to take full ownership of their ad strategy across multiple brands. This high-responsibility role directly impacts lead generation, ad performance, and business growth. You will manage Google PPC and Meta ads, develop LinkedIn ads, collaborate with founders on new ad sets, track ROI, and provide daily updates. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing PPC and Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation, a strong understanding of campaign strategy and optimization, and comfort with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. This is a full-time, fully remote role offering a competitive salary, paid time off, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing PPC and Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Ability to manage ad spend across multiple business units and platforms
  • Comfortable with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach
  • Confident with ad tools, dashboards, and performance reports

Responsibilities

  • Take over and manage Google PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Launch and scale Meta ads with a focus on quality lead generation
  • Develop and run LinkedIn ads for professional targeting
  • Collaborate with founders to test new ad sets for emerging business units
  • Track ROI, analyze performance, and make daily optimizations
  • Provide daily updates and flag issues early with solutions, not problems
  • Work with external mentors to level up campaign performance and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator—proactive, clear, and honest
  • Familiarity with real estate or SaaS industries
  • Experience building ad creatives or collaborating on visual assets
  • Always Growing & Learning, especially in the area of automations, AI and leveraging technology to work smarter, better, faster

Benefits

  • $3,000–$3,750 per month*
  • Full-time, fully remote role
  • 20 days paid time off + 5 days paid sick leave per year
