Advanced Scheduler Specialist

Summary

The job involves working as a Solution Consultant for JK Seva, implementing workforce management solutions for clients remotely or on-site. The role includes responsibilities such as providing subject matter expertise, identifying business issues, configuring solutions, executing testing procedures, and troubleshooting client systems. The candidate must have expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and a minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations experience.

Requirements

• Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• MINIMUM experience of 2 full life-cycle implementations
• Experience with Advanced Scheduler is a must

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to clients regarding problems and solutions
• Identify business issues and work closely with sales to provide UKG solutions that are best for the client
• Configure solution as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Client
• Helps identify change requests to ensure accountability with client
• Executes and supports JK Seva testing procedures
• Support UKG implementations, upgrades, customizations and enhancements
• Troubleshooting, break-fix and support of Client systems
• Communicates with Client and JKS project manager including status, challenges, and assistance needed
• Provide detailed documentation of project work
• Partner with Clients to ensure successful go-live and post-live

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more of the following UKG Modules is preferred: Absence - Accruals, Attendance, Leave, Forecasting, Analytics, Timekeeper, Project Manager (a plus)
• Integration Experience: Boomi (a plus)
