Summary

The job is for a Customer Success team member at Pubstack, a fast-growing Ad Management platform startup based in Paris. The role involves assisting the Partnerships Director in onboarding clients, optimizing their setup, troubleshooting issues, managing day-to-day relationships with external partners, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 12/24 months apprenticeship
• Basic programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills and curiosity around numbers and technical set-ups
• Fluency in English & French (native is a plus)
• Proactive, structured, organized
• Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Assist Partnerships Director in onboarding clients on Pubstack products
• Discuss with Clients to optimize their setup and proactively find solutions, with the help of Pubstack products
• Troubleshoot the Clients' setup with the help of Pubstack products
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners
• Support in contract review and drafting in collaboration with lawyers/DPO
• Support finance team during monthly billing process
