Join our partner, a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange, as their Affiliate/KOL Lead! Before their mainnet launch, they're seeking a skilled individual to build and manage their autonomous affiliate program. You will develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, streamline collaboration processes, and analyze campaign performance. This role requires proven experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management, preferably in Web3 or fintech, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management, preferably in Web3 or fintech
• Experience with MENA and EU markets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate negotiations effectively
• Experience designing and implementing affiliate payment systems and tracking mechanisms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
• Proficiency in English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers, ensuring their alignment with EVEDEX’s vision
• Build a streamlined system for KOL collaborations, including payment structures and performance tracking
• Oversee the affiliate marketing program, improving communication channels and workflows for partners
• Create and execute strategies to engage new influencers and affiliate partners while maintaining strong ties with existing collaborators
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance future partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align affiliate and KOL activities with overall business goals
