Summary

Join Midnite, a next-generation betting platform, as an Affiliate Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our affiliate program. You will build relationships with affiliates, negotiate deals, and ensure acquisition targets are met within budget. Collaborate with other marketing channels to maximize performance and proactively network to onboard new partners. Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Minimum 2+ years of iGaming experience
• Knowledge of iGaming Affiliate systems such as Income Access or NetRefer
• Proven track record of negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on commercial success
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with affiliates to drive revenue and exposure
• Negotiate deals, promotions, and incentives to achieve acquisition targets within budget
• Continuously review and optimise affiliate agreements to ensure commercial efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other marketing channels to align strategies and maximise performance
• Proactively network to identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with new affiliates
