Agile Delivery Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Experience in an engineering organization using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean)
• Strong understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and deployed
• Deep knowledge of team dynamics and delivery methods
• Solid understanding of the roles of product managers, designers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and product marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs in breaking down scope into epics and user stories while identifying dependencies and blockers
• Bring DevOps knowledge to monitor team dynamics and track delivery metrics
• Manage and track business outcomes (OKRs), focusing on results, not just output
• Be a tool expert, but stay flexible—use what best suits the team’s needs
• Minimize meetings, but ensure they are well-run and efficient when necessary
• Report to the Head of Product of a department/business unit in which you will be placed

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile or related certifications in iterative software development
• Project Management qualifications
• Understanding of Finance, Crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking and organisational skills
