Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance at the Public Trust level or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, or related disciplines) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile roles, including coaching, mentoring, or leadership
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Proven experience in driving Agile transformations, with a track record of successfully coaching and guiding teams in Agile practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Manage teams in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, to ensure effective delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of Agile processes, tools, and best practices to support scalability and sustainability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Agile practices with company strategy and foster an Agile mindset throughout the organization
  • Act as a change agent, championing Agile values and principles, and promoting a culture of openness, accountability, and collaboration
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and resources to increase Agile competency and ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Agile practices, using metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support Agile program management and governance, ensuring Agile methodologies are integrated into the organization’s operational framework
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and empowerment, encouraging teams to explore new approaches and experiment with Agile solutions
  • Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-ENT) or similar certification
