Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• AI experts , preferably with an AI degree, ideally a PhD
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of graf databases
• Experience with building data science, AI driven products (full product lifecycle)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• English min B2

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI to solve complex business problems
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and integrate new methodologies and tools into the existing framework
• Aspire to create a human-centric, ethical, and trustworthy AI platform aligned with our corporate CARE values
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet the desired accuracy and efficiency standards, and make necessary adjustments
