Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Relevant Certifications for AI in Learning and Development
• Be technically savvy
• Have access to a strong internet signal
• Comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools
• Generally available during established working hours

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for leveraging AI in learning programs
• Design and develop AI-powered learning solutions, including personalized learning paths, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and technologies to enhance L&D workflows and learner outcomes
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and advancements in the L&D space
• Provide guidance and support to the team on the ethical and responsible use of AI in learning
• Contribute to the development of the AI Performance Consultancy's service offerings and thought leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience with change management methodologies
• Familiarity with organizational development principles
• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, such as deep learning and natural language processing
• Experience in developing and delivering AI-related training programs
• Contributions to the AI community (e.g., publications, presentations, open-source projects)
