Requirements

• Proven experience managing or shipping AI-powered tools or workflows
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or model QA

Responsibilities

• Lead AI integration into our existing internal platforms (workflow, operations, vendor management)
• Manage and support a remote team of AI trainers (prompt writers, labelers, QA reviewers)
• Define and refine processes for training data collection, evaluation, and model QA
• Serve as liaison between business needs and technical capabilities
• Track and report model performance and assist in tool improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management or operations background in a startup or tech-driven team is a plus
• Experience with AI integrations in field service, real estate, or workflow systems
• Familiarity with annotation pipelines, training workflows, or reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF)
