Requirements

  • You likely have 10+ years of product management experience in strategic roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • You have a proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered products and a deep understanding of emerging tech
  • You’re a master at guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ambiguous concept to successful launch
  • You’re technically fluent, able to dive deep with engineers on architecture, scalability, and feasibility
  • You are data-driven and commercially savvy, using insights to shape strategy and drive impact
  • You lead by example, mentoring emerging leaders and influencing at all levels of the organisation
  • You have a growth mindset and are driven by curiosity; you're always questioning, testing, and learning
  • You're an exceptional communicator and collaborator who can inspire and influence executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategically critical, cross-functional initiatives to define and integrate AI capabilities across our core products
  • Shape and deliver a product strategy for AI that drives real business outcomes and long-term customer value
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, identifying and validating high-impact growth opportunities in the AI space
  • Develop product playbooks and frameworks to guide the thoughtful integration of AI into creative workflows
  • Set the bar for product development and delivery, championing high-quality outcomes and a culture of rapid iteration
  • Engage deeply with engineering to guide platform direction and make high-leverage technical decisions
  • Champion a culture of customer obsession, using user research and data to inform company direction
  • Influence priorities and inspire teams through compelling storytelling and a clear, written strategy
