Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and driving technological projects, specifically in leading digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in managing AI/ML projects
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of data analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Commitment to meeting and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting needs to drive project success
• Fast learner with high attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities
• Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a positive 'can-do' attitude with high sense of ownership and ability to deliver
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and systems
• Fluent English – Must

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of AI projects
• Manage and mentor a team of AI experts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (RnD, IT, vendors) to build and implement technical solutions
• Assign tasks and ensure the team meets project milestones and deliverables
• Lead the design and optimization of AI models and prompt engineering
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including QA planning, data preparation, and testing
• Monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize AI models and processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and address any issues promptly
• Maintain documentation and version control for all project deliverables
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies
• Collaborate with vendors and industry experts to implement best practices
• Educate the team on new techniques and tools to enhance project outcomes
