Join Integrity Management Services, Inc. (IntegrityM) as a part-time AI Research & Policy Analyst Intern! This remote internship offers students and recent graduates the chance to gain valuable experience in applying artificial intelligence to legal regulatory analysis. You will contribute to ongoing research projects, assisting with the research, monitoring, and development of AI-based solutions. The internship focuses on utilizing AI in legal regulatory analysis, shaping policies and regulations for responsible AI use. You will hone policy research, analysis, writing, and communication skills in real-world policy environments. IntegrityM offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Be an Undergraduate or Graduate student in business, public policy, public health, health management, economics, or similar social sciences
- Have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare analysis
- Possess familiarity with healthcare law, health finance, or insurance processes
- Have experience with policy analysis
- Have experience with regulatory research and briefs
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to hardwire into the internet when accessing sensitive data
- Be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Currently reside in the US
- Be able to successfully complete a background screening process
Responsibilities
- Research and learn about established AI governance frameworks, emerging literature and proposals in AI governance, while working on a project utilizing AI in legal regulatory analysis using AI tools
- Hone policy research, analysis, writing, and communication in real-life policy environments
- Conduct and monitor policy research on AI and related systems
- Work on policy papers, commentaries, and other advocacy pieces
- Work on memos, analysis on laws relevant to AI
- Cover and report on congressional/agency hearings on artificial intelligence
- Engage in events, discussions, coalitions on AI policy
- Work closely with team members to align AI solutions with business goals
- Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings, offering solutions to optimize AI solutions
- Maintain detailed records of AI experiments, model development processes, and results
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing the outcomes of AI research or experiments
