Join our team as an AI Solution Architect specializing in Copilot Studio! You will design, implement, and scale AI-driven conversational solutions, defining AI architectures and integrating large language models. Lead the development of enterprise-grade chatbots and AI assistants, architecting multi-bot orchestration and developing security models. Establish best practices for prompt engineering and integrate AI chatbots with various enterprise systems. Oversee performance monitoring and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI roadmaps with business objectives. Guide development teams on Copilot Studio and evaluate new AI technologies. This is a long-term contract or full-time position.

Requirements

• Copilot Studio (advanced workflows, orchestration, multi-bot integration, telemetry)
• Azure AI & OpenAI (GPT models, embeddings, cognitive search, AI orchestration)
• Enterprise AI architecture experience in Azure
• Conversational AI frameworks (Azure Bot Framework, Dialogflow, LangChain)
• Strong API design & integration knowledge
• Data engineering & knowledge retrieval expertise in RAG architectures
• Security & governance in AI applications
• Cloud-native AI deployment using microservices, containers, or serverless
• Hands-on with Power Platform, Power Automate, and low-code AI solutions
• 12 to 16 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Define AI solution architectures leveraging Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and OpenAI services
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade chatbots and AI assistants
• Architect multi-bot orchestration with Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Service, and custom AI components
• Develop security, compliance, and governance models for AI-driven applications
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and multi-agent AI
• Drive integration strategies for AI chatbots with enterprise systems (SAP, SNOW, Databricks, CRM, SharePoint, SQL, API Gateways)
• Oversee AI performance monitoring, analytics, and continuous learning strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI roadmaps with business objectives
• Guide development teams on Copilot Studio’s extensibility, plug-ins, and automation workflows
• Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies, frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Copilot extensibility, connectors, plugin development, and adaptive UX
• Knowledge of multi-agent AI architectures
• Familiarity with DynamoDB, CosmosDB, or knowledge graphs for AI data structuring
• AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development experience
