Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML models, automation tools, or data analytics
• Proficiency with tools/languages such as Python, SQL, TensorFlow, Azure, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, predictive modeling, and data pipelines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions across business units (e.g., underwriting, claims, customer service, marketing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve decision-making through data analysis and machine learning
• Research and evaluate third-party AI tools and technologies that align with USG’s strategic objectives
• Work with IT and operations teams to integrate AI applications into existing systems and workflows
• Monitor AI performance, provide support and training, and continuously optimize models for relevance and efficiency
• Ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Present findings and progress to leadership in a clear and actionable format
