Requirements

• Independently conduct SME interviews across a wide diversity of backgrounds and functions
• Confidently and credibly hold a mirror up to a client, showing them things they are often not aware of and may be reluctant to admit
• Apply a product management and/or design thinking mindset to organizing client recommendations and roadmaps
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers on engagements that require strategic alignment of engineering activities
• Communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences (C-suite to IC, technical and non-technical) in various scenarios
• Have strong skills in business quantitative analysis
• Possess an interest in working collaboratively with data scientists on the Strategy Team
• Have basic fluency in data as it is applied in AI modeling and an appreciation for ethical AI

Responsibilities

• Deliver tight articulation and quantifiable specification of the challenges and/or opportunities clients hope to address through AI/ML
• Provide an insider-level understanding of a client's business, external strategic landscape, and organizational dynamics
• Offer fresh insights into the organizational, leadership, cultural, structural, and process realities that define the context for successful AI/ML implementation
• Evaluate a client’s organizational assets based on a deep understanding of their data assets and ecosystem
• Deliver tightly specified and actionable recommendations that advance the successful application of AI/ML

Preferred Qualifications

Have an advanced degree in a human-centric discipline (Business, Social Anthropology, Psychology, etc.)
