Requirements

  • Independently conduct SME interviews across a wide diversity of backgrounds and functions, quickly isolating core stakeholder, organizational and engagement dynamics that could affect the validity and/or feasibility of recommendations

  • Evaluate a client’s organizational assets based on a deep understanding of their full data assets and ecosystem (internal and external) as well as their core and differentiating competencies
  • Deliver tightly specified and actionable recommendations that promise to advance the successful application of AI/ML, including assessments of feasibility and potential impact and options for roadmapping activities several years into the future
