Summary

Join Web Marketing for Dentists (WM4D), a digital marketing agency specializing in helping dental practices grow, as their new Head of PPC. In this full-time, fully remote role, you will lead and manage the PPC team, overseeing Google and Meta campaigns. You will be responsible for delivering performance reports, implementing budget tracking tools, optimizing ads to reduce costs, and ensuring clients utilize their ad spend effectively. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of PPC experience in an agency setting, strong technical skills, and a passion for data-driven strategies. WM4D offers a competitive salary ($4000–$4500 per month), paid time off (27–29 days), and a supportive work culture. This position requires a 100% commitment and is not suitable for part-time or freelance work.

Requirements

  • 5 years + of PPC experience
  • Proven experience working in an agency environment
  • Proven experience leading digital marketing teams
  • Strong technical skills - Google Ads, CRMs, campaign tools, WordPress, Excel/Sheets/Looker, etc
  • A passion for the “techy” side of performance marketing — comfortable exploring tools, automation, and data-driven strategies to identify opportunities and drive improvements across 100+ client accounts at a strategic level
  • Able to run and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms
  • Confident in managing internal and external team members
  • Excellent at reporting and making data-driven decisions
  • A natural at communication, leadership, and solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Manage the PPC team and step in directly on Google and Meta campaigns when needed
  • Deliver regular performance reports to the leadership team
  • Implement tools to track budgets and gain better control over campaigns
  • Test and optimize ads to reduce cost per lead by 25%
  • Ensure 90% of clients use at least 90% of their allocated ad spend
  • Introduce new tech and processes (yes, we love AI tools)
  • Handle technical tasks yourself or guide the team to get them done
  • Create new processes that improve the department's speed and results
  • Expand Google Ads beyond just Search campaigns
  • Spot issues early across all accounts before they affect our clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with video editing or content tools
  • Comfortable using WordPress and similar platforms
  • Familiarity with chat automation or advanced ad integrations
