Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within a SaaS company
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and manage alliances with key industry partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and mutual business success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsโ€”including sales, marketing, and productโ€”to develop and execute joint initiatives with partners
  • Monitor partnership forecast, success metrics, analyze data, and optimize alliance strategies based on performance insights
  • Lead discussions on partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with business goals
  • Stay informed about SaaS market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform alliance strategies
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alliances contribute to revenue growth and customer success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft preferred
