Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or private equity within fintech or SaaS industries
- Strong understanding of financial technology products, investment strategies, and market dynamics
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnership agreements and long-term relationships
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and market reports
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Support Private Equity Alliance Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to build strong, long-term partnerships with PE and VC firms aligned with Zone’s growth objectives
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders in private equity firms and other strategic partners
- Align Internal & External Goals
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that partnership goals are aligned with company strategies and drive revenue growth
- Negotiate Partnership Agreements
- Lead negotiations for new partnership agreements and ensure favorable terms that support long-term business success
- Monitor & Analyze Performance
- Oversee partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with business goals
- Analyze market trends and opportunities to enhance Zone’s competitive positioning and expand strategic partnerships
- Facilitate Communication & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Zone and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of initiatives
- Lead Market Research & Networking
- Conduct market research to identify new VC/PE firms and strategic partners that align with Zone’s business growth objectives
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and foster relationships with potential and existing partners
- Drive Co-Marketing & Product Integration
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and promote Zone’s products
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure partner requirements are integrated into product roadmaps
- Training & Process Improvement
- Support the development of training materials and programs to enhance the effectiveness of internal teams in leveraging partnerships
- Evaluate tools and platforms to improve partner management and process efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Familiarity with CRM and partnership management software, with knowledge of the NetSuite technology stack
- Established connections within the private equity, venture capital, and fintech sectors
