Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships in B2B SaaS organizations
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing partnerships or accounts to achieve revenue goals
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels within partner organizations
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence partner stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a collaborative mindset and a high degree of initiative
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence through key channel partners
  • Engage with existing partners to ensure their success, enabling collaboration through regular check-ins and structured support programs
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training for effective engagement
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and actively nurture relationships to increase mutual value and drive results
  • Assist in negotiations with channel partners, working closely with leadership to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to keep current on industry trends and identify new opportunities within the partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications
  • Represent interface.ai at select industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and generate new partnership leads
  • Provide regular updates on partner performance, tracking key metrics to ensure partner satisfaction and alignment with business objectives

Experience partnering with organizations selling to financial institutions in the US
