Requirements
- Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving partner revenue targets
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in partner-driven or referral-led models
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support external partners
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially in sales reporting and CRM data hygiene
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Partner Sales Management (50%)
- Own the sales cycle for partner-referred leads (excluding global payroll), ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures
- Provide sales support to equip & influence the performance of partners, acting as a trusted resource for complex sales questions and scenarios
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting process for partner-led opportunities
- Enablement & Communication (35%)
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for partner teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support the partner sales enablement Slack channel, triaging inquiries and connecting partners with the right internal experts when needed
- Sales Operations & Reporting (15%)
- Maintain clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring reliable data for reporting
- Support continuous improvements in partner-related sales processes and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working remotely is a plus
