Senior Performance Analyst

Requirements

• Data-driven vision, with decision-making based on data
• Fluency in SQL and solid experience in extraction, manipulation, analysis and data visualization tools (DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, GoogleSheets, etc.) and data analysis in Excel
• Strong communication skills, able to connect different teams and direct efforts to achieve objectives
• Free from any prejudice

Responsibilities

• Continuously evolve the tools that support governance, with new views and metrics for reading and criticizing the business, fostering and supporting the development of strategies together with the commercial area
• Develop hypothesis tests on seasonal and market movements, and perform analyses to delve into opportunities to optimize the Buy and Sell funnel
• Be a problem solver, generating insights from complex and non-obvious problems in the funnel
• Create, manage and optimize, in partnership with the Data team, the routines for data consumption and processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Python/Automation tools are a plus
• English is a plus
