Summary
Join Blue Acorn iCi as an Analytics Consultant and leverage your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other digital analytics platforms to drive digital channel strategies for enterprise-level clients. You will be responsible for providing data analysis, insights, and recommendations, implementing and configuring digital analytics solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor. This role requires a business-minded and data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will lead and contribute to strategy consulting engagements, identify KPIs, and work with product teams to shape strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud and a broad understanding of the MarTech stack.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise client and partner leadership (above the project and program level) including Steering Committee representation
- Responsible for identifying KPIโs, success factors and growing the business
- Accountable for discovering, sourcing and analyzing customer digital channel visions (how it would connect back to their experience within โAnalyticsโ systems
- Works with product teams to shape the strategy and capabilities for key digital consulting engagements, supporting the evolution of the product and delivery roadmap
- Lead and co-deliver strategy consulting engagements (i.e. digital transformation, customer journey, digital marketing, etc.)
- Establishes cross-functional operation.ย Builds support and alignment across a wide range of stakeholders, creates a strong network of relationships among peers, partners, decision makers and stakeholders
- Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions. Attentive to client and project team needs
- Advocate digital marketing education for the organization, promoting new technologies, digital marketing tactics and continually merge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep Adobe Experience Cloud experience with heavy emphasis on Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, CDP and Audience Manager
- Broad analytics experience outside of the Adobe suite, including Google Analytics (Looker, Amplitude, etc. is a plus)
- Broad MarTech stack experience (Augmented Analytics, Digital Experience Analytics, Audience Intelligence Platforms, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern Analytics best practices and trends
- Experience running workshops to elicit requirements
- Data analysis experience
- Business consulting with an emphasis in the digital channel
- Demonstrate ability to be a leader within a collaborative team environment
- Pre-Sales experience supporting sales strategy evaluating the customer digital channel objectives
- Comfortable creating resonating/boardroom ready presentations for executive (including client) leadership
- Articulate and logically communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Navigate digital marketing concepts and conversations
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of leadership
