Summary

Join our team as an Analytics Engineer at AcuityMD, where you will build and refine data assets and products to fuel MedTech-specific modules. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other teams to transform raw data into assets that directly generate sales for customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a data engineering or analytical role
  • Built complex data transforms and pipelines as part of a cross-functional team using a programming language such as Python
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, version control and dbt
  • Ability to explore, transform, and analyze data using SQL
  • Experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, Data Factory etc
  • Communicate complex business concepts, technical requirements, recommendations and code clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

  • Model new data and improve existing data products to inform the overall roadmap
  • Transform and integrate raw data from multiple sources into usable, documented data products at an appropriate quality to application and business consumers
  • Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to and subject matter expertise to design data models and success outcomes or quality criteria
  • Communicate and disseminate technical and domain-specific learnings to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Implement and measure key metrics alongside data transforms to maintain and improve data quality over time
