Analytics Engineer

Summary

The client is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team for enabling data-driven decision-making across the company. The successful candidate will build data products using tools like DBT, Snowflake, and Looker while maintaining the self-service analytics platform's quality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Looker)
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues simply
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ELT jobs
• Build reporting
• Ensure stakeholder data needs are met
• Maintain the self-service analytics platform's quality, performance, and scalability
• Partner with stakeholders across different departments to propose and implement analytics solutions
• Educate and enable users to utilize tools and data assets for self-serve analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python, Git, DBT, Looker, Snowflake/Redshift/Big Query is a plus
