Analytics Implementation Specialist

Summary

Join Procore's Client Services team as an Analytics Specialist and empower clients to master Procore Analytics. You will lead analytics implementations, consult on best practices, and serve as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with internal teams, develop Power BI solutions, and build strong client relationships. Success in this role requires strong business intelligence and analytics understanding, client-facing experience, and effective communication. This Sydney-based position reports to the Manager, Analytics Services and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• 2+ year with a data visualization solution such as Power BI
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics
• Experience with professional services and consulting practices
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies tailored to specific business requirements, including construction financial reporting with ERP and accounting systems
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, for technical and business audiences
• Broad knowledge of technology developments and trends
• Proactive analytical expertise and problem-solving approach
• Proven ability to work independently to achieve results

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics implementation projects including user training and client management; light project management may also be required on these engagements
• Consult clients on construction analytics best practices
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within Procore
• Collaborate and deliver statements of work for technical services projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams including Sales, Customer Success Engineers, Product Consultants, and Project Managers
• Assist the BI development team with the scoping, design and development of PowerBI solutions, including stakeholder consultations & platform configuration
• Use client data and industry trends to drive the development of future professional Services engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction industry experience
• Power BI experience
