Senior Implementation Specialist

Summary

Join Experian as an Implementation specialist where you will prioritize opportunities, work across functional units, and influence team members. You will manage various tasks, resolve issues creatively, and implement process changes. Technical knowledge and experience in project management are essential. You will present project plans and build exceptional experiences for the EES portfolio. This remote role requires collaboration with various teams and reports to the Manager, Implementations. Requirements

• Project management experience with a focus on timelines and project closure
• Project documentation experience
• 4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
• Managed a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients
• Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces

• Exhibit technical knowledge
• Prioritize implementation tasks in order of importance
• Present project plans, system overviews, and demonstrate product features across Experian's suite of products
• Build exceptional experiences for the EES portfolio of capabilities
• Partner with a broad array of team members including other members of our world-class Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams
• Report to the Manager, Implementations
