Analytics Implementation Specialist

Summary

Join Procore as an Analytics Implementation Specialist and become a key member of the Client Services team, empowering clients to master Procore Analytics tools. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including analytics implementations, consulting, service discovery and scoping, business workflow analysis, report development and delivery, team collaboration, and client relationship management. Your primary goal is to ensure client success by maximizing the value of Procore's analytics tools, driving adoption, and fostering data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, is highly organized, and demonstrates technical proficiency. This position reports to the Manager, Analytics Services and is based in Sydney, Australia. Compensation includes a base pay range of $112,000-$154,000 and eligibility for bonus incentive compensation. Procore offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
• An organized self starter with a proven ability to work independently to achieve results
• Experience with professional services and consulting practices with the ability to communicate to a technical and non-technical audience
• You love working with data, whether it's in Power BI, Excel, or your dashboard tool of choice
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics with a problem solving mindset
• Experience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies tailored to specific business requirements, including construction financial reporting with ERP and accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement analytics solutions tailored to their business needs including user training and client management
• Project management and help ensure deliverables stay on track
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within Procore
• Help shape how our clients think about construction analytics, combining industry knowledge with data-driven decision making
• Collaborate and deliver statements of work for custom Analytics custom Analytics projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams including Sales, Customer Success Engineers, Product Consultants, and Project Managers
• Use client data and industry trends to drive the development of future professional Services engagements

Preferred Qualifications

Construction industry experience strongly preferred
