Summary
Join Artemis Health as an Analytics Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our products and services. Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 - 8 years in the health benefits analytic field, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including expertise in areas such as health benefits, data analytics, population health management, and healthcare cost containment strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in working with sales teams to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales narratives that resonate with diverse client verticals
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics teams to drive client success. Experience mentoring and training sales and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and training guides for both internal teams and clients
- Experience with analytic software, BI tools, or SaaS platforms
- Prior experience in conference presentation and content development
Responsibilities
- Lead product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions, tailored to various client verticals and user personas
- Act as a trusted advisor to both prospective clients and the sales team
- Translate client requirements into proven solutions and document these for seamless handoff to the Customer Analytics team
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design tailored sales narratives and demo paths
- Mentor and train team members on delivering these narratives to maximize engagement with potential clients
- Identify trends in RFPs and client engagements to provide actionable feedback to Product and Sales teams
- Collaborate on creating solutions that address pain points and opportunities identified in the sales process
- Assist in planning and delivering presentations at industry conferences
- Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Analytics to develop compelling content for prospective clients
- Train internal teams on new product features and capabilities
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, demo guides, and training materials for both internal and client-facing purposes
